We design restorative spaces grounded in wellbeing, sustainability, and time-honoured craftsmanship. Our work transforms homes, hospitality and wellness environments into calm, purposeful settings for living well.

Purposeful spaces designed to restore

Reformation Studio is an interior architecture and design practice working across London and Ibiza, specialising in private residences and boutique wellness hospitality environments.

Our work is grounded in the belief that the spaces we inhabit profoundly shape how we feel, think, and live. Through an experienced, rigorous process, we create timeless, intuitive interiors with a quietly luxurious sensibility; environments designed to restore and support daily life with effortless ease and clarity.

Drawing on expertise in healthy building principles, natural materials, and sensory design, we craft spaces that are deeply refined and fundamentally nourishing. The result is architecture and interiors that honour place, tread lightly on the planet, and leave a lasting legacy of comfort, health, and enduring value.

Bespoke Residential & Hospitality Design

We design refined, deeply personal spaces that offer a profound sense of home and environments shaped to support both daily life and lasting wellbeing. From bespoke new residences to the sensitive transformation of existing properties and the careful restoration of historic buildings, each project is guided by rigour, discretion, and a quiet commitment to excellence.

In parallel with our residential work, we partner with select hospitality and wellness brands to create immersive environments that elevate experience, restore the senses, and endure long beyond first impressions. Our work is defined by thoughtful detail, material integrity, and a belief that truly exceptional spaces should feel as effortless as they are extraordinary.

We work on projects across the UK and Europe, either as sole consultants or as part of a wider project team. Grounded in our ethos of wellbeing and connection to nature, our designs are tailored to the unique needs of our clients.

Frequently Asked Questions

What type of projects can you help with?

We undertake bespoke residential and hospitality projects, including whole-home renovations, new-build residences, and boutique commercial environments such as spas, restaurants, hotels, and retreats. Our work is best suited to clients seeking a comprehensive, architecture-led approach, where every aspect of the environment is considered as part of a cohesive whole.

Do you work with clients outside your local area?

Yes. Although our studio is based in the UK, we undertake projects both nationally and internationally, including work across London and Ibiza. We are structured to support clients at a distance, combining remote collaboration with carefully planned site visits to maintain continuity, quality, and design integrity throughout the process.

How much do your design services cost?

We strive to offer pricing that reflects the value, creativity, and expertise we bring to every project while remaining competitive and transparent. Our flat-fee structure simplifies budgeting and provides clarity from the outset. As a general guideline, design services typically represent around 10% – 20% of your overall project budget. Once we receive your project details and scope, we’ll prepare a tailored quote to meet your specific needs.

How long does a typical design project take?

Our timelines adapt to the pace and complexity of each project. Many of our projects span six to eighteen months or more, depending on the scale, level of detail, and the broader project schedule. We work collaboratively to ensure each phase aligns seamlessly with your overall vision and goals.

How many clients do you work with at any one time?

Our founder, Polly, takes a hands-on approach with every project, ensuring each design is personal and thoughtfully considered down to the finest detail. Because of this, we work with a select number of clients at any one time, which can sometimes mean a waiting list. If you have a timeline in mind, we’d love to hear from you as early as possible, even if your project isn’t quite ready, so we can discuss availability and start planning ahead.
