Yes. Although our studio is based in the UK, we undertake projects both nationally and internationally, including work across London and Ibiza. We are structured to support clients at a distance, combining remote collaboration with carefully planned site visits to maintain continuity, quality, and design integrity throughout the process.
We strive to offer pricing that reflects the value, creativity, and expertise we bring to every project while remaining competitive and transparent. Our flat-fee structure simplifies budgeting and provides clarity from the outset. As a general guideline, design services typically represent around 10% – 20% of your overall project budget. Once we receive your project details and scope, we’ll prepare a tailored quote to meet your specific needs.
Our timelines adapt to the pace and complexity of each project. Many of our projects span six to eighteen months or more, depending on the scale, level of detail, and the broader project schedule. We work collaboratively to ensure each phase aligns seamlessly with your overall vision and goals.
Our founder, Polly, takes a hands-on approach with every project, ensuring each design is personal and thoughtfully considered down to the finest detail. Because of this, we work with a select number of clients at any one time, which can sometimes mean a waiting list. If you have a timeline in mind, we’d love to hear from you as early as possible, even if your project isn’t quite ready, so we can discuss availability and start planning ahead.
